Participants of Eurovent Middle East meet at least once every two months in
locations throughout the Middle East region. In between, online meetings
are going to be organised on demand.
Next to the leadership meeting (consisting of all participants), Eurovent Middle
East is grouped into two subcommittees that meet regularly throughout different
countries in the Middle East region.
The subcommittees are only open to participants.

Eurovent Middle East provides a unique platform that covers a wide array of topics
of key relevance for the industry. This includes, for instance:
Development of input for legislation and standards.
Support for training of local technicians.
Public Relations vis-à-vis local media and the public.
Publication of education material (online and offline) on key issues of relevance to the industry.
Development of a joint approach towards events and conferences in the region.
Eurovent Services Company applies strictest competition, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption laws.
Because participants in Eurovent Middle East are companies with competing, and sometimes opposing economic interests, the meetings are subject to close competition law (anti-trust) scrutiny.
Eurovent Middle East rejects corruption and bribery as stated in the relevant UN Convention. Eurovent Middle East uses suitable means to promote transparency, integrity, responsible leadership and accountability.
Eurovent Middle East is subject to Eurovent transparency and decision-making standards. Decisions are taken independently from a participant’s size or turnover. Each group of companies receives one vote.
